Job Description
- Handle claims through IQIS-Salesforce and lead initial investigations for 0km and field issues, providing on-site customer and online support.
- Coordinate with GB's/Launch Manager/SQW-OE for on-site coverage, based on launch/project planning and on-site analysis.
- Provide launch support at customer sites, including LineWalk, PHA, and reporting.
- Implement quality improvement measures at customer sites for issues caused by customers.
- Coordinate sorting, rework, and re-flash activities, including managing contractors, self-employed workers, and ensuring the right equipment/tools are available.
- Document and train on customer-specific and regional required procedures, and input customer requirements (SQAM) into CRS system, ensuring completion of evaluation.
- Support the SQW Manager with other assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
