Job Summary

The QA Manager will oversee the Quality Assurance department and staff, ensuring all products and processes meet required specifications. This role will develop, implement, and maintain quality and laboratory testing systems to support the organization’s continuous improvement and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise the QA team to achieve quality performance goals.
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes ensuring product compliance with specifications.
  • Set and communicate quality standards across departments.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, warehouse, and development teams to establish robust quality control systems.
  • Investigate quality problems on-site with production teams and provide solutions.
  • Review and resolve critical quality issues, customer complaints, and internal nonconformities.
  • Drive 8D reports and lead process/product audits.
  • Oversee raw material and product testing, including laboratory procedures.
  • Maintain and improve quality systems while ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher in Engineering Management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a quality-related field, with strong supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and process improvement.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
