About Us:
Our Client is a leading port and terminal operator committed to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable operations. We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability strategies for port and terminal equipment, including cranes, conveyors, forklifts, and other material handling systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize asset reliability and availability.
  • Lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition-monitoring techniques.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve equipment lifecycle management.
  • Support capital projects with reliability assessments and equipment selection guidance.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management to inform operational decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably in port, terminal, or heavy industrial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability tools, and failure analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in reliability software and CMMS systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
