Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Extrusion line operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Manage workflow, staffing, and adherence to production schedules.
• Lead a team of 8 operators, providing hands-on support, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Drive lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate reports, downtime records, and key production KPIs.
• Support process and efficiency improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in production/manufacturing (extrusion, plastic film, or lamination preferred).
• Strong knowledge of shop floor management and production processes.
• Proven experience supervising small teams (around 8 operators).
• Hands-on, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with lean, 5S, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
