- Responsible for leading the marketing and sales strategy of residential projects in provincial areas.
- End-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand positioning, pricing strategy, and sales management to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
- Oversee both marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer demand, and competitor landscape.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales management, preferably in residential projects or provincial housing development.
- Proven success in developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and managing sales teams to achieve targets.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and property market trends in provincial areas is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to provincial areas as part of business responsibilities.
