We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Quality Warranty Engineer to join our team at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling claims, providing customer support, and driving quality improvement measures at customer sites. This position requires close coordination with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure that warranty and quality processes are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle claims using IQIS-Salesforce, including first-part investigations, on-site and online customer support for 0km and field claims.
• Coordinate with GB’s/Launch Manager/SQW-OE for on-site coverage, aligned with launch/project planning and on-site analysis.
• Provide launch support to customers, including LineWalk, PHA, and report preparation.
• Implement quality improvement measures at customer sites for issues caused by customers.
• Oversee sorting, rework, re-flash activities, and manage contractors, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare documentation and conduct training for customer-specific and regional procedures.
• Enter customer requirements (SQAM) into the CRS system and ensure requirement evaluation is completed.
• Support the SQW Manager with additional assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
