We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical/Electrical to join our team in Amata City Rayong. The role will lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, troubleshoot machine breakdowns, and support long-term equipment performance goals. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in driving TPM initiatives, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering continuous improvement in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure high equipment reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve unplanned machine breakdowns through root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and implement spare parts strategies to support equipment performance and TPM goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance data management, systems, and KPIs.
  • Oversee TPM implementation, safety standards, ISO14001 & ISO45001 compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Fulfillment rate of planned maintenance activities.
  • Maintenance cost control and optimization.
  • Spare parts inventory value and availability.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in manufacturing machine maintenance.
  • Technical Skills:
    • PLC, HMI, Hydraulic, Servo motor controller.
    • Robotics and machine motion control.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
  • Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken).
