About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Quality Management Staff to act as the main contact for customer quality issues. You will handle quality documentation, manage customer complaints, support audits, and drive problem-solving activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications on quality issues.
- Prepare and submit PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR.
- Act as 8D coordinator for complaints and investigations.
- Support customer audits and trial events.
- Analyze defective parts and lead containment actions.
- Support new product launches and quality reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of 8D problem-solving and IATF 16949.
- Good English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Experience with SAP or Power BI is a plus.
- Japanese or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
