- Ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and optimize store layouts, displays, and cleanliness for maximum customer engagement.
- Oversee compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies and promotions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team for effective stock planning and replenishment.
- Ensure merchandising aligns with marketing plans and seasonal promotions.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to achieve high performance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Ensure that all staff maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on store performance and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Construction retail (preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and tools.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
