Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Cluster Manager to oversee building and leasehold activities across various locations in Thailand. Based in Amata City, this leadership role involves managing facilities, infrastructure, and plant operations while ensuring compliance with regulations and driving improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Facilities Management Department, including personnel and budget management.
• Oversee plant equipment, utilities, infrastructure, and canteen operations.
• Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and emergency regulations.
• Manage logistics, office layouts, and facility maintenance.
• Drive infrastructure and maintenance projects in line with legal and organizational standards.
• Promote safety and environmental improvements within the workplace.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet building compliance standards.
• Implement technical standards for facilities and systems.
• Occasionally travel to support other locations as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in facilities management, including regulatory compliance and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Thai and English.
• Skilled in MS Office and relevant software.
• Flexibility to adapt to the demands of the role.
