Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Supply and Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our procurement, logistics, and inventory operations. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective supply chain management and timely delivery of goods while leveraging EDI systems to streamline processes and enhance supplier communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement: Develop strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and ensure vendor compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Logistics: Oversee transport, warehousing, and distribution; collaborate with providers for optimized operations while adhering to regulations.
- Supply Chain: Forecast inventory, improve efficiency, and manage KPIs while resolving disruptions. Work with internal teams to design cost-effective packaging and warehousing solutions.
- EDI Systems: Maintain seamless data exchanges with suppliers and logistics partners, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics.
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
- Proficiency in EDI systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
