Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and strategic marketer to lead the development and execution of sales, brand health, and market share. This role focuses on both retail and project segments, aligning with broader marketing strategies while ensuring effective local implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional and local strategies.
- Manage product lifecycle, including new product launches and portfolio performance.
- Create and localize marketing materials and campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
- Drive brand communication and promotional activities to support sales and market share growth.
- Analyze brand performance and market trends, recommending corrective actions and reporting insights to regional teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful plan execution.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, brand building, or new product development.
- Strong track record of delivering business growth and identifying new opportunities.
- Excellent in strategic thinking, project management, analytics, and presentations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and integrated campaign planning (online & offline).
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
