- Coordinate all Industry 4.0-related activities within the Business Area (requirement management, rollout coordination, etc.) or plant (developing the I4.0 roadmap, rollout coordination, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Actively contribute to the design of the digitization strategy at corporate, divisional, and plant levels.
- Oversee the realization of the digitization strategy within the area of responsibility (divisional/plant level).
- Track the implementation of Industrial 4.0 solutions.
- Act as the point of contact for the central department and plants (for Business Area coordinators) or Business Area coordinators and plant organizations (for plant coordinators).
- Collaborate closely with Business Area coordinators for domain manufacturing or key users within each functional area of the plant.
- Manage projects, including organization, resource planning, scheduling, and budget planning of supply chain projects across areas/plants.
- Handle change management and moderation effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the technical framework of modern manufacturing and logistics systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 6+ years of work experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Relevant knowledge and experience in IT/digitization projects or coordination in the logistics field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools, with preferred skills in Power BI and Power Query.
- Comprehensive understanding of logistics processes and their role in manufacturing plants.
- Project management and leadership experience are highly preferred.
