- Plan and execute maintenance strategies, including planned and predictive maintenance.
- Minimize unplanned machine downtime by repairing equipment, analyzing root causes, implementing sustainable solutions, and establishing operational standards.
- Ensure availability of appropriate spare parts to reduce downtime and support total productive maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
- Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), applying the PDCA improvement cycle to meet targets.
- Develop and implement work instructions, TPM plans, and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Oversee new machine installations, including creating TPM plans, MAZE BOMs, and identifying suitable spare parts for new equipment.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Contribute to achieving ISO14001 and ISO45001 targets.
- Optimize MAZE stock levels.
- Enhance team skills and capabilities through development initiatives.
- Manage and maintain SAP and S4-HANA systems for maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance.
- Strong skills in maintenance management and problem-solving.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Expertise in CNC machine repair and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with CNC controllers, PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, robots, vision cameras, and inverters.
- Proficiency in English communication
