Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Administration
  • Prepare and manage monthly payroll, including tax calculations, social security contributions, and provident fund deductions.
  • Oversee petty cash, reimbursements, allowances, and other payments.
  • Generate and distribute payslips and ensure seamless bank submissions.
  • Address payroll-related employee queries.
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and handle offboarding processes.
Compliance and Labor Laws
  • Ensure adherence to Thai labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare necessary reports and documentation for government agencies.
  • Coordinate pre-employment health checks and background verifications.
Performance Management
  • Implement performance evaluation systems and guide improvement plans.
Training and Development
  • Identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs.
Employee Relations
  • Resolve conflicts, address grievances, and promote employee engagement.
HR Reporting
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports, including turnover and payroll summaries.
Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Thai labor laws and payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be very good in Thai and English.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
