Job Description

• Lead the Operations Excellence function and represent it on the OE Board.
• Align OE initiatives with local business needs and support new business tenders.
• Facilitate effective start-ups and promote OE initiatives for commercial growth.
• Communicate the OE agenda to stakeholders and oversee all OE activities.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinking.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and utilize reporting for improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in operational management within the supply chain.
• Knowledge of LEAN methodology or Six Sigma and operational excellence
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Effective influencing and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Thai and English.
