PCIS Technician
Location: Rojana Nongyai Industrial Estate, Chon Buri
Job Purpose:
The Power, Control, Instrument & System (PCIS) Technician is responsible for carry out all maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment that are related to electronic & electrical. This role will lead these maintenance activities in the shift and scope including all manufacturing from end-to-end basis which includes Raw material receiving, batching, processing, packing X-rays, case packers, auto palletizer, can depalletizer etc. The technician will collaborate closely with safety, quality, and food safety teams to ensure adherence to safety standards and food safety protocols. PCIS Technician will join a high-performing team utilizing cutting-edge technology to manufacture. They will have ample opportunities for career growth and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
• High vocational diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic fields.
• Experience of 4-6 years in operating and carrying out machineries/equipment maintenance
• Ability to work in rotating shifts of 8 and/or 12 hours.
• Ability to interact well with other employees and work overtime, as required from time to time.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for work, a passion for service, and patience in tasks.
• Good communication abilities and strong human relations. Basic knowledge of English will be an added advantage
• Ability to use digital/smart factory tools, dashboards etc.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS office applications & Allen Bradley PLC is a must.
• Basic knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Executing the Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks as per the preventive maintenance program that are related to electronic & electrical.
• Able to identify abnormalities happened within the plant and take corrective action accordingly.
• Manage the entire breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance task in SAP and able to monitor its compliance and completion in accordance with all local safety and health regulations.
• Continuous Improvement to enhance operational efficiency and safety by implementing loss reduction initiatives undertaken from time to time - by conducting daily inspections and conduct rectification (or a long term proposal that require capital investment)
• Conducting root cause analysis, problem-solving activities, regularly reviewing breakdowns trends and work on breakdown elimination.
• Prepare comprehensive breakdown report in a formal template for further investigation and escalation of the issue to supervisor/leadership team
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Led factory shutdown activities planning and execution and ensuring vertical start-up.
• Follow best practice by ensuring strict adherence/compliance to standard operating procedure (SOP), Safety & Quality standards, 5S, HACCP, GMP & Food Safety Policies.
