Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Dry Food category strategy and overall business performance
- Develop sales, margin, and growth plans aligned with company objectives
- Manage supplier negotiations, cost control, and product assortment planning
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and operations
- Drive continuous improvement in category performance and profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in FMCG; retail experience is a strong advantage
- Strong background in category management, preferably in Dry Food
- Proven leadership and commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
