Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced R&D Supervisor (Beverage) to lead beverage product development from concept to commercialization within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and reformulate beverage products (RTD, juice, functional drinks, flavored beverages, etc.)
• Conduct lab formulation, pilot trials, and factory-scale production trials
• Manage product scale-up and commercialization process
• Improve product quality, stability, and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Marketing, and Procurement teams
• Prepare product specifications, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct shelf-life testing and stability studies
• Monitor market trends and initiate new product innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in beverage R&D within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of beverage processing and ingredient functionality
• Experience in factory trials and mass production scale-up
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in Thai and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in RTD, tea, juice, energy drinks, or functional beverages
• Knowledge of Thai FDA regulations and labeling requirements
