Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 10 years’ experience in project sales within flooring, laminate, surface materials, and tile adhesive products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines, achieve targets, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitive insights.
