• Lead and manage the Electronic and Toy buying teams, ensuring category growth, profitability, and alignment with company strategy.
• Define and execute category strategies, including assortment planning, pricing, and promotional direction.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and commercial terms to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze category P&L, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10-15 years of experience in commercial, merchandising, or product/category management, with proven track record in Electronic or Toy industry.
• Strong supplier negotiation skills and experience in sourcing/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in IP/character licensing and product development.
• Strong understanding of online/e-commerce distribution channels.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
