Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Area Human Resources to oversee and support HR operations across assigned stores/areas. You will work closely with Store General Managers (SGM), Store HR teams, and Corporate HR to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, people initiatives, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Corporate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented across assigned areas.
- Partner with Store Management and Store HR to support workforce planning and recruitment activities.
- Manage employee promotion and transfer processes within and across assigned areas.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs with Store Management, Corporate HR, and functional trainers.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy and quality of payroll processes for assigned stores.
- Support annual salary increment and year-end performance review processes in line with Corporate HR guidelines.
- Drive employee retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Lead Store HR teams in gathering labor market information and developing solutions to address recruitment and labor market challenges.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and skills development for Store HR teams across recruitment, training, OJT, compensation & benefits, and payroll.
- Handle recruitment for critical positions.
- Review and verify HR-related documentation before submission to Corporate HR.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the quality and effectiveness of HR operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources Management or Development, covering areas such as Recruitment, Payroll, Training, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Communication, and Training & Development.
- Strong digital mindset and AI literacy, with familiarity with tools such as Copilot, AI-powered HR tools, and HR data analytics.
- Experience in driving change management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to leverage HR analytics and AI-driven insights to improve workforce productivity and support business decision-making.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and systematic thinking skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of business operations and processes.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
- Ability to coach and support HR teams across multiple locations.
