Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for the role of Sales Controlling and Commercial Coordination to support automotive operations at our Rayong plant. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Order Management:
- Interface between customer websites and internal SAP POE system for order processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order management.
- Download and upload data according to established guidelines on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage invoicing for goods delivered to customers, including credit/debit note adjustments and invoicing for special revenue.
Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
- Participate in central projects aimed at improving the order-to-cash process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Good understanding of automotive supply chain processes, including order management, materials management, and supplier development modules in SAP.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Skilled in SAP SD/FI modules and advanced Excel (including Macros and Visual Basic).
- Japanese language skills preferred
