Job Summary

• 10 years of progressive experience in business development, retail operations, or real estate.

Expansion Strategy Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive retail expansion strategy aligned with company goals.

• Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitive landscapes to identify high-potential locations.

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of new store opportunities.

Site Acquisition & Negotiation

• Lead site selection, leasing, and acquisition processes in coordination with real estate brokers and landlords.

• Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and ROI.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless store launches.

• Work closely with construction and design teams to align store layouts with brand standards and customer experience goals.

Financial Planning & Performance

• Develop business cases and financial models for new store investments.

• Monitor performance of new locations post-launch to ensure ROI and strategic alignment.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and local authorities.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Retail Management, or related field.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, retail operations, or real estate.

• Proven success in leading retail store expansion across multiple geographies.

• Strong network within the commercial real estate and retail development space.

• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to travel frequently as required.
