- Partner with business leaders to design proactive hiring plans, enhance employer branding, and tap into new talent networks.
- Shape employee development journeys by identifying growth opportunities, supporting high-potential individuals, and strengthening succession pipelines.
- Actively engage with project teams to monitor on-site progress, flag workforce-related risks, and ensure timely resource alignment.
- Analyze key operational metrics—such as project delivery, permit status, and handover timelines—to keep HR strategies in sync with business goals.
- Help foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement across teams.
Qualifications
- A minimum 5 years in HR, preferably as HRBP.
- Background in real estate, construction and projects is a plus
- Strong background in site operations, workforce planning, and labor management
- Skilled in data analysis, KPI tracking, and operational reporting
- Able to coach managers and site leads on people-related issues
- Confident in stakeholder engagement with solid business insight
