  • Develop product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for hand tools and power tools that align with market demands and company goals.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps.

  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure timely development and launch of new products.

  • Work with procurement and sourcing teams to select reliable suppliers and ensure product quality and cost efficiency.

  • Develop product positioning, key selling points (KSP), and training materials for sales and marketing teams.

  • Monitor product performance and manage pricing, inventory levels, and profitability (P&L) of assigned product lines.

  • Provide support to the sales team with technical knowledge, product information, and customer presentations.

  • Coordinate with marketing to plan product promotions, trade shows, and online/offline campaigns.

  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve product offerings.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tools or industrial equipment sector.

  • Strong understanding of hand tools and power tools, their applications, and market dynamics.

  • Experience working with distributors, dealers, and retail channels.

  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and product management software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
