Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share in traditional trade channels locally and regionally, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers.
  • Plan and manage sales promotions, including Sale-in and Sale-out activities, to boost product visibility and turnover.
  • Set clear sales targets aligned with business objectives and lead the sales team to achieve them through motivation, coaching, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers such as retailers, wholesalers, dealers and distributors, including negotiating pricing and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and service quality.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at trade events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

 

Qualifications

  • 7 years’ experience managing sales channels, preferably within industries such as power tools, hand tools, home appliances, electronics, cement, engine oils, lubricants, automotive, or related sectors.
  • Solid understanding of traditional retail markets and distribution channels.
  • Basic proficiency in English communication.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
