- Analyze and manage categories by reviewing key cost factors, market trends, and price changes.
- Develop and implement category strategies to ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and regional partners.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure clear terms and compliance.
- Assess supply chain risks and create plans to minimize potential issues.
- Increase the use of contracted suppliers over non-contracted ones.
- Stay updated on category changes, including legal or regulatory updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- 7+ years’ experience in category management and strategic sourcing from international companies (Construction Material Manufacturer will be advantage)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Procurement & Supply Chain professional certificate will be a plus
- Good command in English
- Computer Literacy
