Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing all marketing operations to achieve the company’s assigned objectives.
  • Manage brand planning and product management to ensure acceptance among the target audience, aligning with established guidelines.
  • Control budgets and expenditure according to planned allocations.
  • Plan and define marketing strategies including Marketing Strategy, Advertising, Promotion, PR, Research, and others.
  • Attend meetings and plan advertising strategies based on the established marketing plan and update monthly marketing activities.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitors, and present findings in weekly meetings.
  • Develop new campaigns and coordinate with related departments.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and assess marketing plans to ensure targets are met, and report results to management, including adjusted plans as needed.
  • Plan and develop strategies, set targets, and create internal and external public relations plans to enhance the company and product image.
  • Conduct regular meetings, plan public relations strategies, and evaluate progress consistently.
  • Develop plans to build brand image and drive product sales.
  • Monitor and compare pricing with competitors and provide recommendations to relevant departments.
  • Report and recommend action plans to management when there are changes in market share.
  • Oversee the collection of research data, summarize and prioritize findings, and coordinate with relevant departments to create action plans and track progress for reporting to management.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website to reflect the brand's direction and reinforce the brand image for partners and customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or within an agency environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of retail market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
