Job Description

  • Shift Supervision: Manage and coordinate production activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide production workers, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Production Monitoring: Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and create a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Troubleshooting: Address any production issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuity.
  • Training & Development: Assist in training new employees and supporting ongoing staff development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years in food manufacturing or production leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with food processing equipment, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination with teams and management.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
