Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and expand our operations across supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance in the food industry. This leadership role will drive efficiency, innovation, and international market readiness while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee supply chain strategy, procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
• Manage multi-site food production facilities and support automation and engineering initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP) and maintain strong quality systems.
• Lead continuous improvement in efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Translate business goals into operational strategies and develop high-performing teams.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science, or Business Administration preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership in food manufacturing or FMCG, ideally with export or ODM/OEM experience.
• Experience with Bakery, Pastry, Dessert of Food Manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven track record in scaling operations, supply chain optimization, and quality management.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
