- Comply with all training materials related to collections and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor, managing stock levels, and visual displays.
- Help with stock handling, including deliveries, returns, and inventory processes like stock takes and cycle counts.
- Understand store-wide and individual performance metrics (KPIs) and targets.
- Implement action plans aimed at improving productivity.
- Assist with loss prevention and inventory management efforts.
- Stay informed about competitors and trends in the local market to support commercial awareness.
Customer Service
