About the Role:

to lead the marketing function across our B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels. This role is responsible for shaping strategy across a diverse product portfolio—including OEM, Foodservice, QSR, Export, and branded lines—within the food industry. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in food marketing, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to drive AI-powered innovation in marketing and product development.

 

Key Responsibilities

This role drives end-to-end marketing strategy for our OEM, Foodservice, QSR, Export, and branded portfolios, with a strong focus on innovation, partnerships, and results.

  • Lead Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each business stream, aligning with overall commercial goals.
  • Portfolio Marketing Ownership: Manage end-to-end marketing for OEM, Foodservice, QSR, Export, and branded portfolios, driving positioning, messaging, and demand generation.
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers and distributors to drive mutual growth and market share.
  • AI & Digital Innovation: Integrate AI tools into marketing workflows, including customer segmentation, content personalization, predictive analytics, and product development support.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of multi-channel campaigns (digital, trade, content, events).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Brand & Product Development Support: Collaborate with product, sales, and R&D teams to ensure brand consistency and successful market launches.

Qualifications:

  • 13+ years in marketing roles, with proven B2B and B2C success.
  • Extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in OEM, QSR, Export, or Foodservice sectors.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, AI integration, analytics, and team leadership.
  • Experience in OEM or multi-channel brand marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in design thinking, campaign management, and budget optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing and B2B relationship management.
