Sr Consultant/ Consultant – FMCG/ Pharma

The business specializes in permanent recruitment in various sectors such as Technology, FMCG/ Pharma, Industrial, Retail/construction/ logistics, Eastern seaboard & a rapidly expanding Outsourcing division covering services such as payroll, temp staffing, express recruitment and contracting. We are currently seeking either a Sr Consultant or a Consultant – FMCG/ Pharma for our Recruitment Division based in Bangkok.

 These positions will be reporting directly into the Division Manager – FMCG/ Pharma, we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and self-driven individual with 3 + years’ experience in Agency Recruitment dealing with FMCG/ Pharma positions. The role will be responsible to deliver on individual sales targets, deliver on assigned KPI's, maintain current clients & develop new clients within FMCG/ Pharma sectors, effectively utilize the ATS system and effectively manage the end 2 end process with internal departments.

  Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have following skills and experience

• Prior experience of at least 3+ years in Agency Recruitment (FMCG/ Pharma – either/ or – both is preferred)
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business administration
• Strong prior experience in Recruitment Sales, Candidate Sourcing, Business Development and Key Account Management
• Strong in stakeholder management, sales fundamentals and negotiation skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
• Fluent in English & Thai communication skills
