- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting designers, contractors, and real estate developers to grow project-based revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design sectors.
- Lead and mentor the project sales team to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities, including tenders, large-scale developments, and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs.
- Monitor project pipeline and manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, design expos, and networking events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in construction materials, interior products, or building solutions.
- Proven track record in dealing with designers, contractors, and developers.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of technical product specifications and project sales processes.
- Ability to travel as required.
