- Lead the development and ongoing updates of training materials to ensure they remain current and impactful.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training initiatives, aligning with industry benchmarks and participant insights.
- Support facilitators in delivering content and continuously improving program delivery.
- Oversee content creation for internal training projects, aligning with the organization's strategic goals.
- Stay updated on emerging training trends and adopt innovative practices to boost training outcomes.
- Use participant feedback to refine curriculum, training cases, facilitator performance, and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to identify and respond to evolving learning needs.
- Keep abreast of international trends, academic research, and case studies to create relevant, forward-thinking content that empowers board members with insights and actionable governance strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; a master’s degree—particularly with a focus on instructional or curriculum design is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing curricula and understanding of curriculum design processes.
- Familiarity with corporate governance principles and capital market operations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, at a professional level.
