- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to create marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Plan and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns, managing pricing, inventory, and promotional assets to meet performance targets.
- Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement and ensure seamless customer journeys across all channels, strengthening loyalty and retention.
- Supervise the design and production of marketing communications and public relations materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team by setting clear goals, providing strategic guidance, and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing and business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing management or equivalent roles, ideally within the building materials or interior design sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, sales operations, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Skilled in media planning, communications, and content creation across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
