- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Lead and mentor teams across brand, content, digital, and performance marketing while managing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Performance Marketing: Plan and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR) and implement attribution models to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Brand & Content: Shape a strong brand narrative and oversee integrated content strategies across blog, video, email, and social channels. Ensure consistent messaging and creative direction.
- Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and regional teams to support go-to-market initiatives, optimize acquisition funnels, and drive growth in key markets
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Possessing in-depth understanding of family segment customer behavior and/or kids’ education business is a major plus.
- Good command of English both written and spoken. Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, MS Excel and BI dashboards.
