- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the luxury real estate market.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, events, and offline channels with a strong focus on premium lifestyle branding.
- Build customer engagement through tailored experiences, CRM strategies, and exclusive events for high-net-worth individuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing direction with project vision.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, optimize budgets, and track KPIs to ensure performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven background in property development, luxury brands, or high-end consumer sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Thai real estate market and luxury consumer behavior.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand building, and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
