We're looking for a highly driven Sales Manager with 2–5 years of experience to lead our sales efforts and expand our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored marketing solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align offerings with client expectations
- Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, closing, and handover to account teams
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management
- Attend industry events and represent the company to drive business development
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a marketing, digital, or creative agency environment
- Experience leading or managing a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Knowledge of marketing or advertising services is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
