Job Description

We are a growing, client-focused marketing agency offering services across digital marketing, branding, and creative campaigns. We're looking for a highly driven Sales Manager with 2–5 years of experience to lead our sales efforts and expand our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align offerings with client expectations
  • Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, closing, and handover to account teams
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management
  • Attend industry events and represent the company to drive business development

 

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a marketing, digital, or creative agency environment
  • Experience leading or managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • Knowledge of marketing or advertising services is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
