Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure workplace safety by implementing company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to minimize hazards.
- Organize training sessions on workplace safety, emergency response, and first aid.
- Maintain records of safety incidents and report findings to management.
Administration:
- Oversee office maintenance, security, and supplies.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Handle employee attendance, access control, and ID card issuance.
- Assist in visa processing administration, ensuring all documents are properly managed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in safety management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and office management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a safety license.
