Job Highlights:

Job Summary

  • Develop and execute impactful brand strategies that reflect the company’s core values, mission, and long-term goals.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative departments to coordinate and assess the performance of branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.

  • Lead consumer research efforts to uncover pain points, satisfaction levels, and unmet needs, and conduct brand positioning analysis.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of new product launches, overseeing all phases from research and development to merchandising and supply chain coordination.

  • Create and implement an annual marketing strategy covering product portfolio, positioning, pricing, distribution, promotion, and all related marketing activities across offline and digital platforms.

  • Administer the branding budget to ensure cost efficiency and optimal return on investment.

  • Take full responsibility for the brand’s profit and loss performance.

  • Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project and business objectives effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in brand marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Previous exposure to international fashion markets is a strong plus.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce, with a deep understanding of digital branding strategies.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.

  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in Business English.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
