- Oversee daily accounting operations across four legal entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and manage cash flow, bank balances, and liquidity forecasts to meet operational needs.
- Lead month-end closing and financial reporting processes with hands-on execution.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure timely and accurate accounting, credit, tax, and treasury operations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings to the Revenue Department, DBD, and BOI.
- Set up and maintain BOI-compliant accounting systems and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with Thai GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Handle mid-year and annual corporate tax filings, including BOI promotional tax calculations.
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting matters.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Depot Managers, and Supply Chain to analyze project profitability and develop costing sheets.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory financial requirements.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial reports and analysis using internal reporting tools for regional stakeholders.
- Assess financial capacity and constraints to coordinate and finalize departmental and organizational budgets.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team through continuous coaching and constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 10+ years’ experience in Accounting & Finance Management from the international service industry
- CPD is a MUST
- Proficiency in monthly end closing, closing financial statement, finance planning, budgeting, forecast, cashflow and reporting
- BOI experience will be considered
- Knowledge in ERP systems: Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365
- Proficiency in Excel, and Power BI.
- Good command in English
- Ability to work well with people from diverse nationalities and different backgrounds
- Capable of handling many tasks and meet tight deadlines.
