- Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver all required documentation and proposals to clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Maintain regular contact with assigned clients to understand and respond to their evolving needs.
- Addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate records of sales activities and data.
- Regularly update sales reports for management review and strategic planning.
- Willing to travel frequently to up-country locations as required.
- Strong focus on meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets.
- Results-driven and highly motivated to exceed goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
- 5+ years’ experience in sales for heavy lifting operations (mobile and crawler cranes) or industrial construction will be a plus
- Understand well in basic sales, marketing, and negotiation concepts.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Own car with a driver’s license.
