Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Finance Manager to provide strategic financial oversight for our supply chain operations. This role involves financial planning, cost management, performance analysis, and decision support across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to align with corporate goals.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain costs across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory, identifying cost-saving opportunities in China and Europe.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to supply chain leadership, offering financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure evaluations for supply chain improvements.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making on supplier negotiations, inventory strategies, and logistics.
  • Optimize inventory levels while ensuring sufficient working capital to meet demand.
  • Support procurement teams with financial assessments of suppliers and contracts.
  • Identify financial risks within the supply chain and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in supply chain finance tools and reporting systems.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus).
  • 3–4 years of experience in financial management or supply chain finance, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Expertise in financial planning, cost accounting, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in inventory management, logistics, and procurement finance preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable.
  • Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and writing); additional languages are a plus.
  • Team player with a non-hierarchical mindset.
  • Open to innovation and new technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and disciplined approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing business environment.
