Job Description

• Electrical & Electronic System Maintenance: Manage and maintain electrical and electronic systems,
• Ensure machine performance improvement, waste reduction, and troubleshooting of all electronic programs.
• Organize team training for electronic programs and create standard work processes under the TPM program.
• Work closely with machine owners to align maintenance schedules and requirements.
• Oversee work assignments for the maintenance team, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement and maintain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs, including root cause analysis, 5Whys methodology, and program improvements.
• Organize and manage SAP PM sessions for preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in maintenance and engineering.
• Strong background in maintenance planning, breakdown support, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC SIEMENS programming
• Experience maintaining automated systems such as ABB Robots, and vision systems.
