Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, providing key insights to drive business performance. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and working closely with senior leadership to guide decision-making and improve financial outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy across departments.
  • Build financial models for strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure financial alignment.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Monitor cost structures and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize financial systems and tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Confident, communicative, and a strong team player.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and writing); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, systematic approach.
  • Thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.
