- Analyze Purchasing Quality KPIs with a focus on complaint management.
- Develop and execute action plans to meet key performance targets.
- Identify and coordinate training programs for competency development.
- Optimize workflows to align with Bosch, customer, and industry standards (e.g., TS16949).
- Follow up on 8D reports with suppliers, ensuring quality and lead time compliance.
- Monitor KPI results and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Utilize digital tools such as "Supply On" and global 8D reporting systems.
- Ensure adherence to Quality to Excellence processes and leverage SAP for monitoring.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Proficient in English (Speaking, Listening, and Reading).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.).
- Trained in QMS standards, including ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
- Proficiency in Core QMS Tools:
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- FMEA & Control Plan (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
- SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- VDA, CSR’s (Customer-Specific Requirements)
