Job Description

We’re looking for a Packaging Engineer to design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions that meet quality, cost, and sustainability goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency in design, production, and supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance packaging for new and existing products.
• Optimize packaging for pallet and container efficiency.
• Assess materials and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct durability, safety, and sustainability testing.
• Work with suppliers to source cost-effective, eco-friendly materials.
• Improve packaging to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
•  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5–8 years of packaging design experience.
• Fluency in English, additional language is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and palletization software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, confident communicator, and a team player with a proactive mindset.
