Responsibilities

• Audit customer machinery to ensure compliance with legal and normative safety standards.
• Identify hazards, quantify risks, and assess risk levels throughout the machine’s lifecycle.
• Recommend practical, compliant corrective actions aligned with international and local safety standards.
• Document findings, risk assessments, and recommendations using company templates and processes.
• Conduct peer reviews of machine assessment reports to maintain service quality.
• Train customers in machinery safety to enhance their competency.
• Present and actively promote company services and product solutions.
• Collaborate with local Engineering  & Solution teams to deliver remediation solutions compliant with international and local safety standards.
• Supervise project execution to ensure Engineering & Solution team members and partners follow MSE best practices.
• Assist in selecting solution partners and system integrators for remediation projects.
• Identify customer visit opportunities independently or alongside the sales team.
• Assess client needs and develop Safety Service proposals to enhance the company’s competitive positioning.
• Prepare proposal documents based on pricing guidelines, methodologies, and tools.
• Deliver proposals and address any customer inquiries for further clarification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Must have Professional Safety Certification from a recognized body (e.g., TUV FSE)
• 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, including 5 years as a machinery safety consultant from internation companies
• In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery safety standards (EN, ISO, etc.)
• Strong background in electrical and control systems for industrial machinery
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts
• Ability to develop technical proposals and scope of work based on User Requirement Specifications (URS)
• Experienced in national/international machinery safety standards committees will be an advantage
• Project management
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Good command in English
